We collect information you provide directly: your email address, full name, and any budget data you upload to the platform. We also collect usage metadata such as login timestamps and upload activity.
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the Vantage service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties outside of the infrastructure providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase, Netlify).
All data is stored in encrypted databases hosted by Supabase on cloud infrastructure. Data is retained for the duration of your organization's subscription and deleted upon account termination per our data retention policy.
Access to financial data is restricted to authenticated, administrator-approved users within your organization. Row-level security policies ensure users can only access data belonging to their organization.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact your system administrator to exercise these rights.
